RRB Recruitment 2026: 3,993 Vacancies for Junior Engineer and DMS Posts

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced an excellent government job opportunity for engineering candidates. A total of 3,993 vacancies are available for the posts of Junior Engineer (JE) and Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) under the Indian Railways. For SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Women, Transgender and EBC candidates, the application fee is ₹250. The applicable amount will be refunded after appearing for the examination as per the recruitment rules.

Selection Process

The RRB JE recruitment selection process consists of multiple stages. Candidates will first have to qualify in the First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT). Shortlisted candidates will then appear for the Second Stage CBT.

Candidates who qualify the required examinations will be called for Document Verification, followed by a Medical Examination. Final selection will be based on the applicable recruitment rules and candidates’ performance in the selection stages.
